Not only does the McCain campaign have more current and former lobbyist bundlers than any other candidate, but McCain has more current and former lobbyists working on his campaign staff than any other candidate in the 2008 presidential election. Media Matters for America has previously catalogued the extensive number of lobbyists and their deep connections to industries, such as the communication and financial industries, which McCain oversaw as chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee.

OK, here's a bit of reality. Charles Black is also (previously?) associated with the United Technologies Corporation. They make escalators and elevators. Some building systems, some aircraft parts. Little bit of missile systems and military helicopters, most notably the Black Hawk Helicopter. In 2005, it received over 5 billion dollars in military contracts. Oh, here's an interesting one, in March 2008 UTC announced it had made a $2.63 billion bid to acquire Diebold, a Canton, Ohio based manufacturer of banking and voting machines.
